ความแตกต่างของ UC , MS

ถ้าเป็น MS จะรองรับ certified สำหรับ Microsoft teams ทำให้การใช้งานสามารถ plug and play ได้เลย ( การทำแบบนี้ได้ ต้องมี certified จาก Microsoft ) และยังเอื้ออำนวยการใช้งานอื่นๆ ได้แก่ สามารถใช้ call control (Answer/call) ที่ตัวอุปกรณ์ได้

  ถ้าลูกค้าใช้งาน Microsoft teams แต่เอา UC ไปใช้ การทำงานของ MS ก็จะเหมือนกับ UC ทั่วไป สามารถรับ-วางสาย เพิ่ม-ลดเสียงได้

( แต่ก็จะไม่ provide benefit เหมือนด้านบน คือ ไม่มี plug and play เพราะฉะนั้น ใช้ Microsoft teams ก็เลือก MS optimized สุดค่ะ)

   แต่ถ้าลูกค้าไม่ได้ใช้งาน Microsoft teams (ใช้ UC ทั่วไป) แต่เอารุ่น MS ไปใช้งาน

โหมด plug and play และ call control ( Answer/call) จะไม่สามารถใช้งานที่ตัวอุปกรณ์ค่ะ

   The Yealink CP700 is a portable USB/Bluetooth speakerphone with excellent sound quality, ideal for on-the-go and meetings of up to 4 people.

Yealink CP700 is a compact, portable speakerphone for professional communications in the office and on the go. Lightweight and elegant, CP700 gives you two options for connecting it to devices. Use Bluetooth to connect wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet. It can pair with three Bluetooth devices at once. Or use the USB cable to connect to a laptop or PC. If you want wireless connectivity with a laptop or PC, use the Yealink BT50 Bluetooth USB Dongle (not included). CP700 has a wireless range of 100ft.

   Yealink CP700 has capacitive touch buttons for operation, including call answer and end, volume up and down, and a dedicated voice assistant or Microsoft Teams button. The full-duplex speakerphone uses an omnidirectional 2-microphone array with a pickup range of 5ft. The 5W speaker provides wideband audio. CP700 has a rechargeable Li-polymer battery with a 10 talk time.
